I hafta wear school uniforms, but i need them to stand out.
we hafta wear golf shirts, blue vests, blue sweaters, a blue and white short skirt, gray and brown khakis, all black shoes.
my style is ghetto fab, not prep. what should i do to make it stand out?

simple. Accessories. you name it: necklaces, bracelets, colorful earrings, rings, polished nails, different hair style, belts and lip gloss a lot of stuff.
